LILAMA10 Joint Stock Company (abbreviated name is LILAMA10.,JSC), have head quarter at 989 Giai Phong Road – Hoang Mai District – Ha Noi. Former foundation of LILAMA10 is Machinery Erection Union Enterprise No10, established in 1960 with main scope to be construction and machinery installation. Past nearly half of century, the company has been developed continuously to affirm our trade name, contribute financial resources in development the country more and more prosperous. Therefore, The Party, The State was awarded to the Company a lot of valuable rewards: First, Second level Independence Medal, 49 Independence Medals of First Level, Second Level, two teams and two individuals are already awarded noble title – Labor hero, 19 gold medals for high quality construction …
In the period of opening, integration, above 2000 personnel of Lilama10 are ready, self-confident to joint with economic organizations in local and oversea in all fields of industrial economy and trend to be EPC contractor for the big projects.

LILAMA10 has team of experience technical staff and worker in manufacture, installation tank, high-pressure tank with capacity from 30.000~ 60.000m3. LILAMA10 has specialize equipment to meet requirement in manufacture and installation of tank, solid raw material, petrol, chemical, gas, foodstuff, sugar… The company has manufactured and installed tank for Dung Quat oil refinery project, Lam Son sugar plant, Yaly hydro power plant, Yaly hydro power plant, Nghi Son cement plant...


The team of Lilama10’s engineer graduated from first rank university in Vietnam, specialty in mechanics, manufacturing, electrical equipment, automation and design according to customers’ requirement for all types of industrial projects on specialize software. Equipment and steel structure manufacturing factory of Lilama 10 is equipped specialize machine, tools as: Drilling machine, hydraulic pressing machine, automatic welding machine, CNC line… LILAMA10 manufacture, install all factory, the projects in every terrain in local and oversea. The factory location is near road to be convenient for equipment transportation.


3. INSTALLATION OF TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT

LILAMA10 is the unit with many experiences in technological equipment installation. The Lilama10’s reputation is attached with the big and important projects in the whole country.  LILAMA10 has installed successfully a lot of technological lines of the plants on the field as hydro power, thermal power, chemical, foodstuff industry, construction material, namely as: Hydro power plant - Hoa Binh, Vinh Son, YALY, Se San3; Thermal power plant – Pha Lai I, II, Na Duong, Uong Bi; Cement plant – Hoang Thach, Chinfon, But Son, Nghi Son, Kampot (Kampuchea); Cocacola soft drink plant, Lam Son sugar plant, SSE Steel plant - Hai Phong, Brewery plant,…

LILAMA10 has installed the equipment accurately, safety and in time for the hydro power plants: Hoa Binh, Yaly, Vinh Sơn... The thermal power plants: Pha Lai, Uong Bi, Phu My... The transformer 500 KV, manufacture and mount a lot of hot dip galvanized steel tower for 500kV South – North Transmission Line … We have modern specialize technological facilities in installation of electrical equipment: High voltage testing equipment, oscilloscope, vacuum pump, terminate hydraulic pressing machine ...... and be ability to install, adjustment and experiment all kinds of the equipment.


LILAMA10 has manufactured and installed the technological and pressure pipe system by carbon steel, alloyed steel, bronze, cast iron, stainless steel... and thermal insulated for the pipe system operated in safety, followed engineering procedure. Install steam pipe for the thermal power plant, pressure pipe system with diameter 11.500mm for the hydro power plant. Install acid-resistance pipe, stainless steel for chemical, foodstuff plant...

6. WELDING, CUTTING METAL

LILAMA10 has the welder team of above 400 persons, with high skill: electric welding, gas welding, argon welding, high pressure welding... that is supplemented continuously and trained, issued certificate in accordance with technical requirement of each kind of the project. The welding equipment of Lilama 10 include modern machines as: Plasma welding machine, TIG machine, MIG machine, automatic beam welding machine, automatic tank welding machine, automatic cutting machine with many torches... which has welded a lot of high pressure boilers for thermal power plants, high pressure pipeline for hydro power plant, layer of clinker kiln, body of milling machine for cement plants, kinds of tank, storage tanks, color metal, stainless steel...LILAMA10 has fully testing facilities by NDT: Ultrasonic, W-ray, gamma...


7. TRANSPORT, INSTALLATION OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT

LILAMA10 has specialize, modern means of transport to carry out of transportation of super-heavy, long equipment on the roadway, waterway, lifting up and down in the deep … for the big projects as: 120 ton transformer, operating wheel for the hydro power plant 87 ton, rotor-generator 630 ton, (Hydro power plant Hoa Binh, YALY). Install and erect steel tower with height 176 m, water gate slice suite, steam drum for thermal power plant, material silo, end-product of the cement, chemical, sugar plants, big volume tank,…


LILAMA 10 has team of skill constructor in all aspect: house, industrial project, transport project (station, workshop, harbor... ) refractory work for kiln, boiler, drying compartment, stack for the project of thermal power, cement... and insulation of the equipment and chemical pipe system, steam pipe, ventilation duct...
LILAMA 10 has modern electrical equipment to carry out sand blasting and painting, anti-rust on metal product and other material.
